MATERIALS
Although the geometric dimensions are often similar, the physical properties of the material affect the overall performance:
NanoPolymer® premium single-wall gravity and low-pressure pipes are available in diameters of 50, 75, 110 and 160 mm, with thick and reinforced walls. The diameter pipes are manufactured exclusively from 100% pure virgin polypropylene (PP), while the large-diameter pipes (110 and 160 mm) are manufactured using the premium standard for sewer piping: South Korean polypropylene block copolymer (PP-B).
Raw material purity (virgin PP):
Cheaper pipes are often made from recycled plastic, which makes them brittle and poor quality. NanoPolymer® uses only certified, 100% virgin polypropylene, which guarantees a 50-year service life for the pipe.
The premium raw material standard for sewerage:
NanoPolymer® uses homopolymer (PP-H) for the production of 50 mm and 75 mm diameter pipes and the same premium South Korean PP-B block copolymer for the production of 110 mm and 160 mm diameter pipes, which is designed for sewage and drainage pipes. (for sewage and drainage pipes).
Using South Korean Polypropylene Block Copolymer (PP-B) as a raw material means that NanoPolymer® produces a product whose technical specifications far exceed those of pipes manufactured with standard PP-H raw material. South Korean PP-B is renowned for its high impact strength, even at low temperatures, and its long-term thermal stability. South Korean Polypropylene Block Copolymer (PP-B) is the premium standard for sewer pipes for the following reasons:
Flexibility vs. Durability: conventional pipes become brittle (like glass) in winter at low temperatures. Korean PP-B remains flexible. NanoPolymer®'s products will not crack or deform during transport or under concrete pressure. Our pipes can withstand impact loads during installation and/or if dropped during winter construction.
*Anyone can conduct an independent 'crash test' demonstration, comparing the 110 mm and 160 mm NanoPolymer® pipes manufactured from South Korean PP-B raw material. Hit a diameter pipe and a cheap analogue with a hammer or run over them with a car. In the case of PP-B, the NanoPolymer® pipe will only deform, whereas the cheaper pipe will shatter. This crash test is the best way to demonstrate the premium quality of the NanoPolymer® pipe.
Chemical resistance: this premium polypropylene can withstand harsh household chemicals and hot water (up to 95°C) without deforming.

Eco-Friendly Product: The absence of fillers such as calcium carbonate or recycled plastic means that the pipe will not 'dry out' and crack over time.
The combination of premium raw materials, the thick walls of the NanoPolymer® pipe and its greater weight provide high acoustic insulation. The main problem with sewer pipes is noise. The thick wall of the 110 mm NanoPolymer® pipe (2.7 mm vs. 2.2 mm or 1.8 mm) significantly reduces the sound of flowing wastewater. These are 'Comfort' (also known as 'Premium') class pipes that ensure peace and quiet in residential buildings.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PIPES
PP pipes manufactured by NanoPolymer® fully meet all the requirements of modern indoor sewage systems. They offer sound insulation, fire protection, chemical resistance and high durability against hot water. The manufacturing process preserves all the material's significant properties, resulting in a high-quality internal drainage piping system that meets all requirements perfectly.
